2006
Formed by Dato Howard Chew and Mr Sean Yong started with an office in Kota Damansara with only 5 agents by concentrating on subsales.
2007
Dato Howard and Mr Sean Yong increase the number of agents exponentially from 5 to more than 20 agents.
2008
First Branch of Chester Desa Sri Hartamas with Mr Kam Jun Yin as group CEO. First project Marketing division, first bulk purchase with Taipan Group 30 unit of Park 51 development.
